From event to practice: how Lean For Hope Connections 2026 drives our continuous improvement journey
On March 27 and 28, 2026, we were present at one of the most relevant Lean events in Brazil: Lean For Hope Connections, held at Facens in Sorocaba/SP. More than participants, we were proud to support this initiative as sponsors of an edition that goes far beyond an event, it is a movement.
Lean For Hope Connections stands out for a key differentiator: Lean is not just a methodology, but a means to generate real impact. Over the two days, professionals, leaders, and organizations came together with a shared goal: to transform the way we think about efficiency by placing people, sustainability, and social impact at the center of decision-making.

The program was designed to spark reflection while also sharing practical paths. Talks, panels, and case studies brought real-world experiences from those already applying Lean in a conscious way, connecting strategy with purpose.
Three pillars guided the entire event experience:
Driving sustainability
Showing how Lean practices can go beyond operational efficiency, contributing to positive transformations in organizations and society.
Scaling social impact
Connecting projects, institutions, and people who are actively building stronger and more resilient communities.
Sharing knowledge
Promoting genuine exchanges among professionals who understand that evolving is, above all, about sharing.
An event that creates real impact
One of the most inspiring aspects of the event is its concrete purpose: 100% of the event’s profit is directed to social projects. This transforms every conversation, every connection, and every learning into something greater an impact that extends far beyond the event itself.
In addition, the speaker curation brought depth to the discussions, with approaches that go beyond theory and dive into real challenges faced by organizations and leaders.
The event is aimed at managers, leaders, and professionals who understand that sustainable results come from people and that leadership today requires more than technical skills. It requires vision, empathy, and responsibility.
Being part of this environment was a valuable opportunity for exchange, active listening, and connection with people who share the same vision: to continuously evolve without losing sight of the impact we create.
Our role in this connection
Supporting Lean For Hope Connections 2026 reinforces our commitment to initiatives that promote real transformation. We believe that design, innovation, and sustainability go hand in hand and that positive impact is born when we connect people, ideas, and purpose.
We leave inspired by everything we experienced during these two intense days. And above all, motivated to keep evolving—internally and externally—towards a more conscious, collaborative, and sustainable future.
