On March 28th and 29th, we experienced an unforgettable moment at the Omega Convention 2025! Two intense days of learning, exchange, and strategic alignment reaffirmed our commitment to innovation, transforming spaces, and, above all, our purpose of illuminating lives.

A crucial moment to celebrate achievements, define new strategies, and shape Omega Light’s future. Every year, we challenge ourselves to go further, driving innovation, growth, and strengthening our team’s connection.

Building a Brighter Future

In this 5th edition, we continued together, reinforcing our collaborative journey. We believe knowledge drives evolution, which is why we had the special participation of Aldeia Academy, bringing an enriching lecture full of valuable insights. We also welcomed our special guest, Rodrigo Fujii, along with Signify, which presented its latest releases and solutions aligned with our goals for 2025. Each exchange of experiences and moment of reflection helped us see new possibilities and solidify our vision for the future.

Our success is built together, and this convention reinforced the value of teamwork. Over these two days, we reaffirmed that by walking side by side, we can turn challenges into opportunities and create solutions that make a difference in the lighting market.

And of course, we had the long-awaited #LightingMinds Awards, a celebration dedicated to recognizing and valuing the professionals who stood out in 2024 for their dedication, innovation, and excellence.
