3rd Edition of Omega run: health, well-being, and solidarity in motion!

November 10, 2024 | On November 10th, we held the 3rd edition of Omega Run, our annual race organized by our sustainability committee to encourage healthy habits among our employees. Inspired by UN SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), the event featured 2K and 5K routes and brought together employees, their families, and friends, all united by the same goal: to celebrate health and self-care.

Achieving Goals Along the Way

As part of our commitment to sustainability, this year’s medals were made in a special way. Each medal was crafted from plastic bottle caps collected and recycled by our team, showcasing how small actions can lead to big transformations. This choice symbolized not only an individual achievement but also our commitment to the environment.

In addition to promoting health, Omega Run had a charitable aspect. Each registration was converted into a donation of non-perishable food to the Santa Casa de Diadema institution. These donations will help provide a special Thanksgiving lunch for the institution’s beneficiaries, creating a moment of joy and togetherness on November 28th

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partner, #KualityQuimica, who believe in the power of this event and helped make our race a success.

The true success of Omega Run goes beyond the kilometers run; it’s reflected in the lives touched and the changes brought about in our team. We are thrilled with the results of this edition and are already looking forward to next year’s race. To everyone who participated and made this edition a success, thank you so much!
