More than just an event, the Journey was a strategic immersion into how artificial intelligence is being applied in companies’ day-to-day operations, with a direct focus on efficiency, productivity, and industrial competitiveness.

A journey that began before the event

Our participation went beyond the day of the event.

Over several months, we took part in a mentorship program led by FIESP, focused on identifying real opportunities to apply AI within our processes. This stage was essential to turn theory into practice. Throughout this period, we were able to:

– Map operational bottlenecks

– Better structure data usage

– Implement automation in internal processes

– Gain efficiency in routines that were previously manual

This movement reinforces an important point: artificial intelligence is not distant—it is accessible and applicable, even for mid-sized industrial companies.

Held at FIESP’s headquarters in São Paulo, the event brought together leaders, specialists, and companies to discuss real-world AI applications in the industry.

The agenda included:

– Global artificial intelligence trends

– Practical cases from Brazilian companies

– Discussions on productivity and cost reduction

– International insights, including takeaways from SXSW 2026

In addition, the event reinforced how AI is redefining business models and driving competitiveness in the industrial sector. Representing our team were Paulo Carlik, Industrial Director, and Thiago Rosa, IT Manager.

During the event, Thiago shared our experience throughout the mentorship, highlighting how we applied AI solutions to optimize internal processes. Paulo then took the stage to receive the certificate recognizing the strategic guidance journey and the implementation of AI solutions in the business environment, developed over three individual mentoring sessions.
